I can't seem to be able to edit my originated posts?

I just wanted to put 'SOLD' in the subject title so members don't have to read too the end.

Can you change the title to indicate 'SOLD'? If not the 48 hour is a bind.

Just create post and type in "Sold". I will then put it in the subject title and lock thread.
