10th March 2013 - Darts Competition @ The Ravine, Alsancak

On 10th March 2013 a darts competition has been arranged at the Ravine Bar and Restaurant, Alsancak.

There are some fantastic prizes to be won:

1st Place = 500TL plus a trophy
2nd Place = 300TL plus a trophy
3rd Place = 100TL plus a trophy
Best Lady Player = 100TL plus a trophy
Highest Check Out = a trophy

Cost of entrance is only 10TL per person!

There will be an Auction, Raffle and Sweepstake.

Please arrive at 4pm to register as the tournament will start at 5 p.m.

All proceeds, plus any funds left over from sponsorship after the prize money, will be donated toTulips/Help Those With Cancer Association.

John Swayne is organising the event in memory of his niece Lorna Kirwan, who sadly died young from cancer.

John and Maureen raised a fantastic sum of 3,240TL for Tulips with entrance fees, raffle, auction and sponsorship.

On behalf of Tulips, we would like to thank them both for all of their hard work.

We would also to thank; Barbieb for helping on the night - you did a wonderful job, to all the sponsors listed above, to all of you that entered (61 in total), to the Ravine who gave us the use of their venue and finally to everyone who purchased raffle tickets and took part in the auction.
