We are having exactly the same problem, have been all week. Others have been successful but we just don't know why we have this problem.

Similar problems as you but solved by typing the date in a document and copying and pasting it into the on line date field. Worked for us last week.

I had the same problem a couple of weeks ago, I eventually managed to use the calendar on another device, I tried an apple pad and a samsung pad with no luck but it worked first time on my laptop

It will still recognise your details and allow you to access the website, then when you click on outstanding debt - either for road tax or inspection fee - it will show zero debt as it isn't due yet.

I have always received a reply to an email very quickly but still awaiting one from 2 weeks ago! Frustration and having the time to trial and error. After paying for a mot for one vehicle I realised the passport number is actually on the tax information form under mukellf therefore used this number on the vehicle i had written asking about and just tried every date on the kocani. And bingo all of a sudden I was in.

How to pay for tax disc.
You can only pay for it on, or after the day it is due, NOT BEFORE. You have 1 month to renew, and pay for it, or charges start.

Write your licence plate registration in CAPITAL LETTERS without spaces. *****

Your ID Number is the number you first used when registering the car upon purchase. In many cases it is your passport number (The passport you had at the time) preceded by a capital (P) P********* (assuming your passport was used for the initial registration, this ID number will always stay the same from when the car was first registered.)

If you then write **/**/**** (Date the car was FIRST registered, Not the date that you want the tax to start from,) Use the calendar to put the date in, Year first, then Month, then Day. NOT today's date, you can then login to the system.

Verify with the code at the bottom to prove that you are not a robot.

The details of the car will then come up, and what payment is due.

On the LHS, the option should be Road Tax Debt Payment click on that, and follow the process.

When you have made payment, an option will come up for you to download, and print.

The site can play up, if you put the year in on the right, then the month in the middle then the day on the left, it works.

I use the system regularly as I assist my boss and customers keeping their cars legal. If I have problems I usually send an email to akos@bub.gov.ct.tr and a reply is generally received within a day. Unfortunately last week even though I wrote 3 times no reply. I then noticed on one I knew the full information It stated on their previous tax information under mukellef the passport number. Located the old tax receipt on the car i was having problems with and tried first with a P and all the dates shown on the kocan, first registered and owner changed, I then tried without the P and again the dates and suddenly I was in the system. Well pleased no visit to the tax office.

Select and cut the date field then you can type it in manually.
