When you purchase a property from a previous owner does anyone know approximately how long it takes for it to be transferred into your name?

How long is a piece of string.
Getting permission to purchase is what seems to take the time, 3/6/9/12 months ,
I sold to a TC ,we just went to the land registry ,signed over the kocan ,all done in 20 mins.

Ours took about 18 months and that was during the pandemic.

We have so far taken over a year, and still waiting???

From someone who will NEVER be allowed to have FULL Title Deeds, taking as long as 12 months seems wonderful.
