Good evening all
We are about to dip our proverbial toes in the TRNC solar power installation market.
We are keen to learn from end users of their experiences, the good, the bad and of those companies or persons you wish you had never become involved with - and, there will be some, no doubt.
Happy to communicate through private messages if your contribution could be viewed as contentious on a “public” forum.
Confidentiality will be respected.
TIA

Re: Considering solar…
We decided to "take the plunge" about 9 months ago, since then nothing, its not the companies fault its Kibtec, they have slowed the process down, a friend of mine had his done a year ago, still no electric meter!

You could always go and bang on the desk of the bloke who sits upstairs in the Kibtek office in Girne. He has a sign on the glass plate in front of him which say "solar panels" (or words to that effect)

Re: Considering solar…
We have had solar installed but are still waiting for a new meter (even though we don’t think we need one). Keep reading that there are no meters available - probably all going to new building sites - so we have a system that is working well but we can’t bank any electricity we are generating - so frustrating!!!
