Lap top sound advise?

I listened to my football team yesterday on my laptop, turned it off went to bed. Turned it on this morning no sound at all, checked the volume its ok, its not muted, gone into sounds in settings, tried troubleshooting, nothing!

I have very limited knowledge, if anyone has any idea any advise would be appreciated, thank you. If not its off to Ahmet in the morning.

We have lost all the Sound on 90% of Sky and 40% of terrestrial TV. Spoke to someone today who relies on Digiturk and he was told that Digiturk have left their satellite and moving to another. Lord only knows if this is kosher, it doesn't bother me too much as I have an Amazon firestick.

Digiturk have moved to turksat now an engineer came and re jigged my receiver.
