Registering a phone

Could someone please explain the procedure to register a phone bought outside kktc. Also need directions of where to go in Lefkosa please. Opening and closing times also needed

If you can find a student to register it for you you can save at least half price

Update on registering a phone. We went yesterday. Arrived just after 8. Very helpful friendly staff. Had to pay by credit/debit card. Customs opened at 8.30 . We were seen straight away. Everything done within half an hour. Thankyou for the map.
