Kibkom/star Competition

Last week the winner was announced as Marcus Negal, however, sadly it was subsequently discovered that he did not fully qualify, as he did not have one star on Kibkom ( a vital part of the qualifications to be the winner). Consequently, the draw made again by soner in the Staroffice. Fortunatley all the envelopes had been kept.

When the winner was announced, some unkind folk thought it must have been a fix, because it went to one of the most deserving people on the island - the one and only, loving, caring, hardworking, charitable, ever smiling SUE TILT!!!!!!!!

thrilling news. we are very sorry for Marcus that he is disappointed, but thrilled that Sue is his replacement. I am sure all kibkomers will join in saying 'congratulations' to Sue. It could not have happened to a nicer person, could it? (well, apart from some of us who were not qualified to enter!). So in September Sue and husband will be flying off to spend a super time in one of her favourite parts of istanbul.
