Extending your stay in the TRNC due to delay in house sale

We’ve had our villa a long time, we have our deeds but not got residency. We adhere to the 90/180 visiting rules, but has anyone on here….
Drove their car here from the UK when selling their house in the TRNC (To take a few personal items back to the UK)?
Can you go to immigration to extend the 90 days for removal, delay in the house sale.
