With the opposition ahead in the polls in Turkey, does anyone know the stance of Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu and the CHP on the Cyprus issue?

After so long in the Doldrums I doubt even they (CHP) do, but one things for sure some ill-gotten gains that have rushed into the TRNC over the years may well be subject to scrutiny...

The BBC News did an interview with him sometime this week, sorry can't remember.

He has huge support from young Turkish.

The other thing was he is Anti-Russian, let's hope he puts an embargo on TK flying in Moscow a couple of times a day.

There's a very interesting development today with Muharrem İnce withdrawing from the election. It's a pity though that he didn't withdraw earlier, as millions of Turks living abroad (here in TRNC for example) have already cast their vote, and undoubtedly there were some who, unhappy with Erdoğan, voted for İnce ... and not for Kılıçdaroğlu

He wil still be on the ballot and his votes won't count if stamped in error . It was thought he would drop out like this and was just trying to gain some leverage for favours concessions etc .

It's concerning that the YSK (the government body that overseas the elections) and certain embassies around the world have decided that for the second round of voting, those overseas and eligible to vote will have 4 days to do so in certain countries, but only 2 days to do so in other countries ... In Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and France, where Erdoğan receıved most of the vote in the 1st round, the voters will have 4 days. However, in places such as the US, the UK, Canada, Australia and Japan, countries where Kılıçdaroğlu received more than 50% of the vote, the polling stations this time will only be open for 2 days.

After objections, the YSK have now decided to extend the voting period from 2 days to 4 days in all countries where overseas Turks are voting ... ie. it's back to the same set-up as in the first round of voting.
