Border crossing

Last year we came over via Paphos, whilst we were here we adopted a dog, we had to go back via Ercan. Will this throw up any problems if we decide to come by Paphos again

I stand to be corrected, but i believe you'd be on the GC "system" as overstaying your 90/180 days as you would not have been "stamped" out of the Republic when you crossed the "Green Line" into the North. Not sure what the implications are though, if any. You'll be ok going direct into the North though rather than via the Republic as you would have been stamped out at Ercan last time.
