Withdrawing cash from ant bank using a debit card

Might be a silly question but is it possible to go to any bank here in Trnc and get money from the cashier using a debit card ? Even if I don’t have an account with the bank ? I tried three ATMs yesterday and was unable to get lira. My friend mentioned later I could have gone into the bank itself to get cash. Is this right ?

Get a Revolut Card

Chase is another good card to use here, not as good exchange as Revolut, but you do get 1% cashback, plus 1% interest on current account.

Course the point is moot if problems using any debit card at ATM. Have heard of others having problems recently, but don't know what cards they used. Possibly there was a lack of money in the ATMs.

Thanks for the replies. I was trying with a Revolut and a Wise card. Probably no cash as mentioned. It was early on Monday morning
