KIB-TEK announced that alternating power cuts will be made across the country due to the failure of its social media account. The statement made by KIB-TEK is as follows: ''Due to the malfunction that occurred in Teknecik Power Plant on Sunday, July 16, 2023, alternating cuts are made throughout the TRNC. The alternate downtime is projected to be approximately one hour for each region. Work has been initiated to detect and repair the fault. It is important to act as if there is electricity in the network at all times, since electrical energy may be supplied later or earlier than the specified time, depending on the course of the work. We request the people of the region to take the necessary measures in order not to experience any unjust treatment, and we apologize for the inconvenience.”

KIB-TEK General Manager Dalman Aydın, who made statements about the electricity cuts caused by Teknecik Power Plant throughout the country, said , "The power cuts will end at 21.00 tonight at the latest", while Chairman of the Board Hüseyin Pasha said, "Due to the high temperature, Teknecik The fault cannot be intervened in," he said. KIB-TEK General Manager Dalman Aydın and KIB-TEK Chairman of the Board Hüseyin Pasha made statements on the subject after KIB-TEK announced that alternating power cuts would be made throughout the country due to malfunctions in its social media account. While Dalman Aydın said that the power cuts will end at 21.00 this evening at the latest, Hüseyin Pasha said, “Due to the high temperature, the fault in Teknecik cannot be intervened… After the cooling down, the intervention will begin”

Poppy, same as you! Catalkoy clocks must all run at different times to Kibtek clocks - lol. Blame the hot weather for the power cuts, water cuts, fuel price rise, Girne harbor, Lira exchange rate and most important of all - lack of Haywards pickle! Hey ho, the sun is out, it’s a grand day and make the most of it. Days are getting shorter Alice, winters coming - lol.

Twice last night got one for over hour so went to bed after put ac then about 10 another for just over hour just got the bedroom cool then bang off it goes sweating again. It seems as soon as the electric is needed they come out with another excuse. Why don’t they find someone who is competent and capable of managing this unit. Then it might make money
