New router

I have lifecell digital, only 5 Mbps as it's enough for us.

If I want to fit a new router, do I just unplug the old one, plug in the new one, but what happens next, this is my question???

Bought a new one from Haypen Alsancak last week, very good value having compared price to website in UK.
They did it all for me, supply your network name and password they did the rest, it was then plug in and worked fine.
Other retailers are available.
