Went past going to esentepe and was going to go in for tea on way back to girne.
However big accident on the main junction so by the time I came back I just headed home.
It was a straight forward question.

Couldn't agree more, this place is alienating themselves of custom. I couldn't believe it when I read it, I was going to give it a try, not any more, plenty of other places to eat with a smiley face.

The comment made has been interpreted out of context. it was said in jest as i know she does not work for MI5 and the same questioner asked so many times and has been answered so many times. . It was a light hearted reply to which there was no intention of harm or malice. Words can be interpreted in many ways by different people and i think this has been the case here.
Nonetheless i apologise if it was taken wrongly

Popadoms, “Some of the people, some of the time” - you can’t win mate, there are many different senses of humor out here and people will take offense at the slightest thing. Any self-respecting ex-pat wishing for a genuine 'Indian' curry would like the occasional Kingfisher or Cobra beer with their meal, BYO or Licenced, the designated driver exempted. Nothing seems to ring quite true to me about this outlet, if posting replies why not scan the real Indian cuisine menu for all to peruse!

Phall curry, now there is a true Indian (or was it Bangladeshi) curry - invented in the UK! Just in case you are interested, beer with breakfast was also invented in the UK but has long died out, now that the majority of working people don’t need the extra calories to get them through the often arduous and very physical working days of yesteryear.

Please dont be horrible to this restaurant. I will be bringing family to it in 3 weeks time. Yes we like a beer but we will enjoy the food and go for a beer afterwards. Just enjoy the meal. Jxx

Honestly I think the owners attitude alone has began putting some people off. He needs to lighten up. He’s definitely alienating a percentage of his potential customers.
