Noisy neighbors air con

We have holiday makers behind us who have the air conditioning on most of the time. Ordinarily this wouldn’t be a problem but it is very noisy and intrusive to our normal well being since the air con in question seems to need attention.

We are not in contact with the owners and any advice would be appreciated!

Tell them their electric bill will be very high if the air con isn’t working properly. Might help

There not paying the electric bill so why would they be worried
