Property Management Cost

Hi all.

Asking for a friend who is contemplating renting out his villa next year.

Does anyone know how much per month a management company would charge for full management and what that might cover? Obviously would expect cleans and laundry to be additional but he is just trying to establish what regular costs would be involved.

I'd say you need to be more specific .but I'd guess at c 10-25 % plus cleaning etc ..that's the range I'm aware of .

But are you referring to short term rentals ? Who is finding the clients ? What's the expected rental price ?
