Online Residency Permit Request

Has anyone managed to use the online residency request form? https://permissions.gov.ct.tr/staypermit/signup

I appear to have correctly filled out all the boxes, but cannot work out what is required for "MUHACERET DOSYA NO / IMMIGRATION FILE NO".
Trying the 3 numbers on my latest 30 day visa does not work.

If anyone can supply a clue, I would be most grateful.

I left it blank the first time I filled in an online application for someone

Thank you for your reply, but leaving that field empty does not appear to be an option.

If you haven't had residency before it should be left blank, tbh if you have had residency before but don't know the number you can leave it blank. Make sure you complete all the information exactly as it is on your passport otherwise you will get an error message but it might not be obvious what you have done wrong. For example, you must include all middle names.
