You can get your bank to pay for your bills every month. Just take your bill in to your bank and they will set up monthly payment.

I have heard you can just pay online without setting up a bank account this would be better for mr.

there web site is no good its normaly out date and i dont think they take credit cards setting it up with a local bank is the best option creditwest always pay mine on time

If you are here occasionally you can always pay a large amount in and be in credit with Kibtec until you are here again, and then top up. Lots of swallows do that - you have to do it at the office in town. Some of my friends found that direct debits didnt work, they got behind in paying, whether it was the bank or Kibtecs fault I dont know - but they almost got cut off. Im here all the time, so I just go in to the nearest bank (any one will do) and pay the bill as and when....

My neighbours are ''swallows'', they always pay upfront at Kibtek. It works fine for them, but I always check to make sure they're still in credit, just in case.
