Anyone any idea of a reasonable price for two new solar panels and fitting?

sorry to ask.. as you mention "two panels" do you mean water "panels" (better: solar collectors) or electric PV (better: solar modules)?

Alp is a good choice for PV installations, but he does not do "water".
if you mean PV, and if modules are "older", it might become difficult...

if you have two broken (local?) solar collectors, you seriously should think NOT to replace them.
it could be that this is waisted money.
