They changed the login procedure - you now need new login details.

Why on Earth they didn't message everyone with their new details escapes me, but there you are!

Give 'em a ring and they'll sort you out.

The Multimax system is NOT down, by the way...

According to a message from MM there were intermittent issues for all providers yesterday due to problems with the source service
