Anyone know why today's wreath laying in Kyrenia was cancelled?

I read on Facebook it was because of health and safety concerns.

Only one side of the road was closed. The side with the seats. The other side of road was going to be left open. As a result the remembrance service had to be cancelled as there was a risk to those attending if a vehicle had come across the wrong side of the road.

It was disappointing but fully explained by the RBL and was necessary.
