3 power outages today for over 2 hours each rediculus

This is a nightmare we had 2 power cuts yesterday both over an hour then last night 5 pm out till 3.15 this morning now out again 9. 45 this is disgusting. Is there any where we can go to complain as phone them don’t want to know

If it is a mains supply issue to one's property I find Kibtek do want to know - and respond asap.

If it is a deliberate cut to the power in your local or wider area - to facilitate safe working on an issue outside of your knowledge, sometimes unplanned, sometimes planned work - then you just have to suck it up.

Kibtek are pretty good when it comes to giving advance notice of planned cuts to power and notification of emergency works on their FB page.
