Will i be able to keep my Turkcell telephone number when i move from Turkey to N,Cyprus ?

No I am afraid, Although the company in NCyprus is also known as Turkcell, it is actuall KKTCell with a different allocation of numbers.

Thankyou for your answer, but as usual i have had 2 different answers ,would i not be able to keep it if i kept topping the credit up from Turkey online. ?

Sure, if the question is whether you can use your Turkey line in Cyprus, then the answer is yes. But be aware that NCyprus is considered roaming for Turkish Mobile lines. Every call that you receive, you will also be charged for roaming, every call that you make, you will be charged extra for roaming. In the long run, I dont see how that is profitable.

I agree with kbasat - it can be done, but financially it wouldn't be feasible in my opinion. Depends how many calls you intend to make or are expecting. It really isn't Turkcell, despite the name we use over here.
