Italian mission?

Google says there is an Italian mission here . It's in the similar location as what use to be the British mission which is now closed I think.

Does anybody know if this is still open ? Id like to get my wife who is Turkish a Schengen visa for a trip to Italy.

Otherwise I understand we have to visit an Italian embassy in turkey which is a real pain .

Yes I saw that
But is it really open ..
Because the British high commission doesn't accept visa applications any more but you can apply online yet is still on this list . Hence my question.

You can't apply online for Schengen
