Incoming Mail

Yesterday I went looking for incoming mail. Went to Karsiyaka Belideyesi, only to be told all post is now in Lapta Belideyesi. Went to Lapta Belideyesi, only to be told all post is now in Lapta post office. Went to Lapta Post Office only to be told that now post is delivered to your house!!
Is this true? Has anyone experienced this? If it is not true, where is the incoming mail?

Unbelievable but true after all these years.
Got a phone call to collect a parcel as my family had wisely added my tel. No. To the address, then later an envelope flapping in my gate.

Wow! I'm amazed! But I'm now thinking of all the companies, offices, pension people etc whom I didn't contact with my change of address when I moved! Didn't matter before as I collected the mail, will matter now as my previous house remains empty!

Have lived her twenty years and YES, MAIL IS BEING DELIVERED AND PUT IN OUR LETTER BOX IN ALSANCAK TWICE IN TWO WEEKS. BUT BE VERY CAREFUL. Over the 20 years ALL banks, pension companies, Government departments (the list goes on) this mail has gone to our PO Box in ??? So unless you confirm and possibly have to send proof that you are the same person, they could very well continue to send to your PO Box, wherever it is. . Having said that family can start using your house address immediately. a) Use the PO number b) make sure you have a secure postbox on your outside wall. I don't think they will come to your door.
