New Craft Group, Alsancak

New friendly and informal group are starting a craft group at the Ravine Bar in Alsancak. Beginning Thursday 4th April at 2pm till 5.

It's endlessly interesting doing craft work and finding out what other people like to do with crafts, so why don't you come and join us and have a chat and show us what you can do?

Current skills are knitting, crochet, scrapbooking, dressmaking, painting and jewellery making.

Members will be encouraged to share their knowledge, talent and tools to help others learn new skills.

You don't say if there is a cost to this? and would you like something put in Cyprus Star as 'events' or some news in brief?????

Marions. Sorry not to have replied sooner but we have visitors I'm worn out and they only arrived Sunday.

Something in the Cyprus Star would be good at some stage however this is very much a first meeting. If the group proves to be successful and gets enough members then Yes please to adding us to the Events and/or some news.

There will be no charge, initially at least. However anyone who comes will hopefully buy themselves some refreshments from the Ravine as they are kindly letting us use their facilities while we get a group going.
