BBC Offline?

Tried using BBC radioplayer this morning but I can't get any BBC content.
Also I can't get the news website, or anything BBC at all, including iplayer.
I can get everything else OK.
Anyone else having same problem?

Yes, same here, can't get any websites at all connected with BBC....maybe down to the strikes they have been having?

I am wondering if this is a multimax issue-as I think the BBC websites go through a VPN for multimax users-perhaps someone could enlighten me?

You are right Philoz...never thought of that. I have Multimax but also a separate VPN...just in case. Just tried it and got BBC no probs.

I use multimax and I can't get their VPN to work either-I assume you use a separate VPN?
It seems it could well be a multimax issue.
Time for a phone call I think....

Just spoke to the multimax helpline and their VPN is down, which is affecting all the BBC websites that use it.
They are aware of the problem and are working to fix it.

iPlayer has just this minute come back on but for radio only..... Hopefully Miltimax will sort out their UK VPN sharpish. Missing my downloads!!!

We have upgraded our VPN servers yesterday that affected both auto-vpn and manual vpn for several hours. The service is now fully restored and it should be better than ever
