Not tried but just as a guess I would think that you would need to transfer from UK Revolut to UK Turkbank and then they will charge you to transfer to the TRNC Branch.
Remember - that is JUST a GUESS!!!

The International Payments form in the Revolut App is not really detailed enough for me to attempt this payment.
I did a payment through HSBC recently and it was in my local account here (Iktisatbank) the same day it left my HSBC a/c

Yes you can transfer from UK Revolut account to a Turkish Bank here in TRNC.
It gets a bit tricky when its a TRNC local Bank.
The local TRNC banks charge for the incoming wire transfer and it can be substantial.

I have Wise and have paid for a couple of large value items by transfer from Wise to Iş Bank which seems to be the most popular bank for businesses. The transfer cost 24TL regardless of value. Charges in foreign currency are higher, a percentage of the transaction I seem to remember. I don't see why it couldn't be done in the other direction.
