No good if the beef is not pink - too tough and mash potatoes in a traditional Sunday roast is definite no no!

I had Sunday lunch a a well known restaurant 3 weeks ago, the beef was pink and as tough as boot leather!

Ah everyone is different, some don't like pink beef. Iove mash with Sunday lunch and the old mill mash is great, as is the whole lunch 10/10 for me and it's walking distance so bonus points.

I have yet to ever have beef cooked to my liking here. If it hasn't been hung long enough, then its not on,
