Interior emulsion paint

Hi all, coming over soon to do some interior decorating so can anyone recommend a good quality make/brand/type of white emulsion paint please? Also, for walls I prefer a silk finish for better 'wipeability' so can you actually get silk emulsion in TRNC? If you can what is it called?

Cheers

yes Tayf, marshall, in Karao.
dont forget that you most probably need a primer, especially when you did some repairs on your old wall.

Agree go into Marshalls tell them exactly what you are doing and on to what you are applying the paint and they will help you 100%. They really are very helpful. If in any doubt ask for Hakan, the boss, and he will help his English in excellent.

One unanswered question......do they do 'Silk' vinyl emulsion and if so what should I be looking for on the tin?

Don't forget the huge advertisements outside the stores in question are not the name of the store but are advertising Marshalls paint. It was years before someone pointed at to me.

I thought Gates was being pretty fair, if in doubt Ask them. IPEK certainly means silk i.e. silk fabrics, but whether it would mean the same for paint, I haven't a clue.
