Tulips and Barry Snakes

I have heard that Barry Snakes has been tutoring some boys with their musical talents and that these young lads are going to be playing a concert and all the proceeds are going to Tulips.
So, my question is, have I heard correct if so, where is it, what date is it, etc. Are these lads a band, if so what are their names or is this a one off.

You are correct, there is going to be a concert by this young band (called the Foreign Nationals).

It will be advertised as soon as all the details are confirmed and when the posters and tickets are ready.

The concert is being be held on the 8th June 2013,.

Lor51, thank you for your interest and yes, we are about to make a very exciting announcement, but the tickets and posters have been delayed (surprise surprise) ! For the past year I have mentored some young lads now known as "The Foreign Nationals" (average age 16 was 15 when we started) who will be playing their first FULL concert at a prestigious venue in Girne on Saturday 8th June. This event is in conjunction with Tulips who have been very supportive, as always, and will be a whole evenings music from 8.30pm until gone 11.30pm provided soley by the boys (sorry young men). We are so proud of them as this band consists of A local Cypriot, Two UK and one Russian lad who all get on so well. I really think this will be the music event of the year and at only 15TL per ticket great value for money. Regards Barry

Oh Metin you spoiled it now !!! The Jasmine Court (the home of the Efes Blues festival) are pleased to stage this event and show the support to the outstanding new talent that we are all proud to have produced from "local" youngsters. We are hoping that a lighting specialist will provide a superb show depending on a sponsorship deal we are seeking, and hoped for some support from a leading bank or construction company who feel they should like to put something back into the community ! Hello AJay, we decided that the concert should be air conditioned inside as I know the acoustics will be much better and the stage is very good and lighting will be more appreciated from the start of the concert.
