Time change/confusion on Pegasus tickets
I'm sure there is a good reason but can someone explain, cos Pegasus can't or won't I depart Ercan at 18.00 and arrive Antalya 19.55 . A few days later I depart Antalya at 7.25pm and arrive at Ercan at 7.20pm. I have heard of Back to the Future but this is Back to the Back. Thanks

Re: Time change/confusion on Pegasus tickets
All areas in Turkey observe the same time zone. It is 3 hours ahead of Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Turkey observes Eastern European Summer Time all year. There are no Daylight Saving Time clock changes. They did this in 2016, you must have missed it since then - lol.
No matter how hard the past, you can always begin again.

Re: Time change/confusion on Pegasus tickets
Beware of pegasus i found a cheap flight from antalya to manchester in feb. I booked a flight from.ercan to antalya 3 days before to stay in a hotel there.
I got an email from them saying my flight from antalya to manchester.had been.cancelled & to follow a link & rebook or take a refund.
To my amazement there was still a direct flight at the same time but price had gone up from c.2000 tl to 22000tl!!! There where.no other direct flights or any others involved long waits at istanbul.
So i called them up. Waited for 30 minutes. the lady first said my flight wasnt cancelled it had just.moved 5 minutes??? I pointed out that ive had flight time changes before and its confirmed in an email. So she checked again and now told me my flight number had changed and i had been re-booked on the new flight& the email was a mistake...
Apart from wasting my 30.minute phone call...imagine i had followed the wrong email instructions..
Beware of pegasus if they send you email.

Wow that's really bad Reyntj, just as well you checked. Wonder how many others have been caught out this way? Anyway thanks for the warning, albeit haven't used Pegasus in a long while.

Beware of cheap flight airlines in general I think is the answer. My daughter always double checks emails against on line information which is usually more up to date as information on emails can be a day behind.

I think that's the answer - if you can't afford 'Top Prices' then you really have to keep a close watch on what's happening with your flight.
I watch what I spend, although I do prefer to fly with Turkish Airlines, so I look at different dates for my flights and save money that way - it's surprising how much you can save by being flexible with dates.
I do realise that not everyone can change dates due to other commitments of course!

Re: Time change/confusion on Pegasus tickets
Yup, I would have chosen TA but sadly we have four people coming from three different areas and two flying into Larnaca and it became so difficult. So to make everything easier for the others I said OK Pegasus will have to suffice. On top of that four people getting time off work at the same time became difficult to say the least. Assuming there are no delays at Ercan, I should get to Antalya for evening meal, rather than late lunch.
