Room with (currently) double bed and own shower/WC for rent 3500tl monthly.

Shared use of kitchen, living room. garden with pool.
PLUS : Car available to tenant with driving lıcence.
Must be non-smoker.

Short walk to coast. Good swimming beaches in easy reach.
Shops and Dolmuş lines nearby.

Must be dog-friendly, there are two young dogs in residence!

What I am basically looking for is someone to share my villa, pay a share of the living costs and cooperate with things like transport.
(I own a car, but can't drive!)

The villa is just off the main road travelling towards the square at Karşiyaka (coastal side), so about 40 mins from Girne.

If a cheap and somewhat rural life sounds good for you, we should meet.

Remember if trying to add someone on Whatsapp...

Add the person to your normal Contacts app and don't forget to include the AREA CODE - i.e. +90 533 823 xx xx

You may need to restart your phone before you can contact them via Whatsapp, although it usually works without.
