KAR'S Christmas Bazaar of 2024

KAR's Christmas Bazaar is to be held at The Lodge in Catalkoy on Sunday 1st December 2024 starting at 10.30am until 2.30pm. There will be an entrance fee of just 75 TL. Please make a note of the day, time and venue and come and share with us some wonderful Christmas Cheer.

KAR will have their own tables selling some beautiful jewelry, glamorous party wear, winter warmers, handbags., shoes, all quality items at bargain prices. They will have delicious cakes and pastries on sale, Christmas decorations, Linens and so much more!
There will be other vendors selling their own special wares.. . You can buy a Christmas dinner for one of the dogs and cats in KAR's shelter and make their Christmas day so very special.

Without your support KAR could not do what they do! Caring for all the dogs and cats in their shelter and others still out there.
Let us all be ''Rocking around the Christmas Tree''

Unfortunately the shelter was badly damaged by the horrific winds at the week-end.

It's not the Night Before Christmas but the night before our Christmas Bazaar.

The volunteers of KAR have done all what they can and other than putting it all together tomorrow cannot do anymore.
Lets have a FULL house!
The damage to the shelter last week-end has set us back but with help from good people we are getting there.
We need to raise as much monies as we can but also have some fun, laughs, banter and share some Christmas cheer.

Thank you to everyone that came and supported us this morning.
It was such a lovely atmosphere and the stall I was volunteering on myself and my two co-volunteers were ''running''.
Beautiful bargains were bought and what is left will be displayed to sell in our Gladrags Ozankoy shop this week.
Thank you again and Merry Christmas.

I really hope all went well. Sadly I couldn't make it because of another prior commitment. Try as I might, I find being in two places at the same becoming more and more difficult. Will be popping in the Glad Rags shop next week.

Great day, thank you to all who visited the Tombola stall, 250 prizes gone in no time, thank you for your support for this great cause.

An update on last Sunday's Kyrenia Animal Rescue Christmas Bazaar.
An incredible amount raised being over 146.000.00 TL and with more much needed funds being raised from our Raffle tickets still being sold our Christmas dinners for the animals in our shelter and our beautiful calendars still on sale.
The Raffle is being drawn on the 21st December and tickets are on sale at Minnie's in Karakum and our Gladrags shop in Ozankoy.
Treating the dogs and cats in our shelter to a Christmas Dinner and the calendars can be purchased from Gladrags as well.
From myself, my fellow volunteers and the animals heartfelt thanks to everyone who came and supported us on Sunday and may we wish you all a Merry Christmas.
