Turkiye new min wage

22104 tl..as.opposed to here where the salary has doubled and folk wonder why its expensive here...

There is a north cyprus wage hike due also so the salary here will be almost double...whilst there has always been a higher salary here there is no rational for such a large disparity for a country that is broke and with such a poor economy..ultimately something will have to give as there wont be enough money to pay the countries expenses which is mostly wages from the budget.

Eg aggressive tax hikes on everything ..fuel kdv etc

As we all say wages up inflation up. Cyprus too many on minimum wage or no work permit and of course those helping out friends.

Is that not the reason that they can afford to put the minimum wage up because inflation is coming down ?
