Can anyone tell me the FM stations that you get in English in the car please here in NC. Thanks

Uk internet radio is the way to go

Agreed!
If your car audio system has Bluetooth & you have a data connection on your mobile phone, then you can listen to any radio station worldwide (obviously BBC Radio 4 is my favourite

You also have the advantage of a 'Hands-free' phone while you are driving....
