Residency Log in Problem

Ive had to step in and help a very elderly Gentleman complete his Residency.

The problem is he doesn't have his log in or his password. He tells me he has paid his medical which I presume he has paid via the system?

I have tried getting some info from the previous person who set it up for him without help.

I can see an option to reset his password but I need his login as well.

Any ideas from anyone, I don't want to go to immigration, but I suppose I might have to if there is no other way.

Look at the current residency certificate, if he has one.

The number above the bar code is the username for login to the residency system.

At least it is for the three certificates I have copies of and login details for.
