Worldwide high property prices has caused these measures ..so not unique to trnc in fact more.severe in this example.

I cant help thinking that taxes might drop a bit at some point here probably for only new purchases as the developers have so much unsold inventory..

Seems worldwide there is a need for more property to house the growing populartons and demographic use of homes..trnc has certainly been answering that call..

In the uk many of the homes labour are claiming to be built are build to rent...huge companies building for long term income..new generations will own less homes as the rich get richer and everyone else becomes their pawns.

Labour’s worst nightmare is someone owning their own home, or a second car or being able to afford a holiday abroad. Their whole survival is based on the people remaining at barely survival level. The thought of people bettering themselves out of state control fills them with horror.

Pure and simply Its GREEN EYED JEALOUSY. Has anyone you know actually admitted to having voted this load of spineless, gormless twits into Government. Its a bit like, visiting Germany and no-one ever had a relative in the Nazi party.

Or France where everyone’s Grandad was in the resistance rather than a collaborator. Which does make you wonder how they surrendered after a fortnight
