I presume you mean annul property tax?
On our belidere bill in the online 'paypoint' there is a drop down box ,one for 'su' water and the other for property tax.
Hope this helps.

If you select your Municipality you can select from a drop down menu, which bill you are enquiring about, enter the account number, check its the correct details, select pay, it takes you to the online payment option.

Thanks all it was the portal for rental tax I wanted but my post was badly worded!
I will post again more clearly
