I have tried several times to contact Amazon ,all I get is a list of questions none of which apply to my issue.

I had a heck of a time finding chat on Amazon website on laptop a few weeks back. They really don't make it easy. I'll go back and have a look, to see if I can remember what I did and get back to you.

Gripon, sign in to your Amazon account.
Top of page, click on Welcome ? Accounts and Lists
From drop down menu, click on Your Account, brings up a load of boxes, bottom middle is Customer Service, click on that.
Another load of boxes, click on Something Else. New lot of boxes, choose Contact Us at the bottom and this brings up a chat window.
