According to the bill, holiday homes will be registered by the Tourism Planning Department and will receive a business permit. Holiday homes will be able to accommodate a maximum of 10 people and will provide minimum standards such as an independent kitchen and bathroom. Business permit fees will be determined between 7% and 15% of the minimum wage, depending on the class of the holiday home. Those operating unregistered holiday homes will face up to 2 years in prison or heavy fines.

A license already required in turkey. Been in the offing here for a while. No more details than above..

Whats an independant kitchen?

7-15 % permit fee of minimum wage ? Is that monthly minimum wage ot annual...? Who knows...
The fee in turkey is 10000 tl.

Its like a neighbouring house to me. Property has three double bedrooms, and three separate ensuite shower rooms/loo. Single beds have been supplied so there is room for a small table and an arm chair. What they don't have is a separate kitchen. A bit like a bedsit really.

There is an article in the Gazette , I understand why but again put in very quickly for owners who live abroad and staff to check the properties to ensure the correct grading is given with Easter around the corner.
