Looking for a place that sells and installs front and rear dash cameras - East or West Side not a problem??

I already have a dash camera that a friend gave me but have no clue on how to fit it and as it is an old model I would prefer to purchase a more up to date one anyway.

Anyone had one fitted out here can you give me details please. Thanks in advance.

Not sure where you can buy one in the North, bought mine from Amazon and brought it with me. It plugs into the 12v cigarette lighter socket.

Same here and got Tiga to fit it for me, as I bought car there and use them for servicing etc.
They must sell them here though, just don't know where.

The auto electrical workshop next to Ya Beleş in Alsancak fitted my rear dash cam, hiding the wire in the head lining.
You can buy dash cams in Motor City in Karaoglanoglu. That is just before the Ship Inn coming from Alsancak, but on the other side of the road to the Ship Inn.

Thanks all, will have a trawl around all the shops and see what is available, think it's going to be worth it given the huge rise in the vehicle quantities on the roads these days and the constant use of mobile phones keeping the eyes off the roads!

I had a look for you on Sharaf, the only offering was Xiaomi and out of stock.
I just think it makes sense to have a dash cam to keep yourself in the right if there is any disagreement. I also think that telling police that you have dashcam evidence at an accident is wise, just to make things clear.

Opposite the Red Ribbon there's a place called Sound World. We bought a front/rear one from Amazon and the guy there fitted it while we had a coffee in Metropol, only took an hour, he did a great job and was it very reasonable. Suggest looking for one that has an app, if you have a smartphone, as it makes it much easier to download footage.
We have used dashcam footage when an unlicensed, uninsured driver caused an accident with us, it proved that he was at fault. They are a must these days.

Come_on_aylin, thanks for all the information. Went to the guy at Sound World - had been there before to have a new (English) multifunction screen installed as a replacement for the original Japanese only one! Asked about the dash cam and 40 minutes, plus 500Tl, I drove away with it fitted and working! We had fun with Google Translate but he is a great guy and I can recommend him without reservation. Also ordered a newer model dash cam for wife’s car which should be here later this month! He will send me a text when it’s here and then that will get fitted as well. Price of new dash cam unknown as it has to come through customs!
