You should be able to find it in the baking section of any supermarket, I'd guess Dr Oetker brand, it's jelatin in Turkish.

You can grab plain unflavored gelatin at most grocery stores-in the baking aisle or sometimes near the vitamins. If you can’t find it, try agar‑agar (a plant-based option) or pectin-they gel up desserts just like gelatin.
