Has anyone had for this month yet? I've not yet, and it's normally arrived 1st or 2nd each month....
I'm well paid up in advance, but I like to keep my spreadsheet up to date....

Send an email to call.center@kibtek.com with your account number or a copy of a previous bill and ask them to send you last month's bill.
Sometimes they don't send them, happens every few months to us.
