Any builders ?

Dear members hope you are all well and safe. For those of you that do not know my sisters resides in TRNC. She lives in the village of Yesilirmak which is near lefke. She has asked me whether we know of any builders via our members contact that would cover the area where she lives ? They do have a local builder who keeps ripping off the locals because they do not know of any other builders that will go to Yesliirmak for work required.

I don't know if he would go to Yesilirmak but try Gurkan on 0533 860 4934. He is a very good builder and totally trustworthy. I have used him many times for my house in Kayalar and always been really happy with his work.

A local builder who rips off the locals. I can’t see any builder who’s main customer base is expats, being cheaper. Especially given the distance involved.

Hi there,
I totally understand the situation — Yesilirmak can be a bit off the radar for some contractors. A friend of mine had work done near Lefke and spoke well of a builder based in Guzelyurt who was willing to travel. I’ll check if I can get his contact details. In the meantime, maybe some locals here will have someone reliable to recommend.
