online car tax

I am having problems renewing my car tax online , has anyone else had this problem, and is there a contact number for the tax office

there must be a "P" at the begining of your passport number .

It also needs to be the passport number from when you purchased your car

Some pads won't let you put the date in, I pad ok, samsung no
