Interesting, when I tried on my mobile, the reason for blocking, when you tried to proceed was something to do with 'terrorism'. This seems to have been removed now.
Not sure what the 'powers-to-be' are afraid of with this information; useful to confirm if it is just you without power or every bugger else!

From Basın-Sen to BTHK: Access block to Elektrikyok.com is a serious threat to access to information!
The Press Workers' Union described the BTHK's blocking of access to elektrikyok.com as a violation of the public's right to access information and freedom of expression and demanded its immediate removal.
The Press Workers' Union (Basın-Sen) has harshly criticized the Information Technologies and Communications Authority's (BTHK) decision to block access to elektrikyok.com. The union emphasized that the decision threatens the public's fundamental rights of access to information and freedom of expression.
In its statement, Basın-Sen stated that BTHK's action was taken at the request of the Kıb-Tek Board of Directors, without any court order, and that it constituted arbitrary censorship. It also warned that blocking access to elektrikyok.com, despite it not being a news website, sets a dangerous precedent and could lead to similar blocking of access to other sites.
The union called on the BTHK to immediately lift the access ban imposed on the site and urged Kıb-Tek management to fulfill its responsibility to inform the public and refrain from censorship. The statement emphasized that freedom of expression and the right to access information are constitutionally guaranteed.
