Problem with my laptop

Does anyone know of a person who could take a look at my laptop. She wont load my photos +++ etc. God knows why she has started to do this!!

She just hangs and I have to re boot my computer and or sometimes I can just shut the window.

If there is someone out there who could help, would really appreciate hearing from you.

Im no expert Kate, but have you tried to reboot ????

Could it be that you don't have enough storage space, I am having that problem with Windows updates?/

Thanks for your comments - got plenty of storage space. Will have to take it to somewhere to be looked at - any one got any views of which shop would be the best?
