Hi all,

Sorry for my english, it is my second language so please bear with me.

I recently had a very bitter experience with a customer representative at this bank. I took a loan with 61% interest rate a year ago, the customer rep on the 2nd floor told me she'd decrease the interest rate when the interest rates were lowered by the central bank, but she never held her promise and told me she cannot do anything with it. And that's that.

I'm paying € 1000 a month, € 700 interest and € 300 capital!

I'm a middle aged educated man, and if I fell for this, I can't imagine how an elderly person or expat will fare...

Has anyone had a similar experience?
